Registration of national, branch and territorial collective agreements

Registration of collective agreements at the Ministry of Social Security and Labour is carried out for validating the fact of agreement and the authenticity of the text following the Republic of Lithuania Government Resolution No 1815 of 18 November 2002 “Concerning the Approval of the Procedure for the Registration of national, branch and territorial collective agreements” (Official Gazette, 2002, No. 112-5010). The Ministry of Social Security and Labour register upon applications collective agreements, the Parties of which are trade union and employers’ organisations.

Application for the registration of a collective agreement and other required documents shall be submitted by the representative of employer’s organisation no later than in 20 days after signing the collective agreement to the Ministry of Social security and Labour at the following address: A. Vivulskio 11, LT-03610 Vilnius.
