Lump-sum benefits

The lump-sum allowances are paid to poor people. The amount of the allowance is determined by the municipality. The allowance is granted by decision of the municipality in cases of poverty, homelessness, sickness, disability, natural disaster and other cases. The procedure for payment of lump-sum allowances is determined by municipalities.
