Authorization of accredited control institutions for checking technical condition of potentially hazardous equipment

Accredited control institutions shall be authorised to check technical condition of the following potentially hazardous equipment groups:

·  Non-pressure vessels of hazardous substances and installations:

-  stationary vessels larger than 50 cubic meters and installations;

-  mobile vessels (larger that 1 cubic metre tanks) and installations;

·  elevators, engine hoists for construction and installations;

·  cable roads, funiculars and installations;

·  escalators, moving paths and installations;

·  lifting devices and installations:

-  engine lifting cranes and installations;

-  lifting platforms and installations;

·  recreational facilities and installations;

-  driving funfair and installations;

-  ferris wheels and installations.

Permanent licences for supervising potentially hazardous equipment

 

Permanent licences for supervising potentially hazardous equipment shall be issued to legal persons established in the Republic of Lithuania, legal persons established in a member state or any other organisations or their branches willing to be engaged in the supervision of the following potentially hazardous equipment groups:

·  Non-pressure vessels of hazardous substances and installations:

-  stationary vessels larger than 50 cubic meters and installations;

-  mobile vessels (larger that 1 cubic metre tanks) and installations;

·  elevators, engine hoists for construction and installations;

·  cable roads, funiculars and installations;

·  escalators, moving paths and installations;

·  lifting devices and installations:

-  engine lifting cranes and installations;

-  lifting platforms and installations;

·  recreational facilities and installations;

-  driving funfair and installations;

-  ferris wheels and installations.

Registration of national, branch and territorial collective agreements

 

Registration of collective agreements at the Ministry of Social Security and Labour is carried out for validating the fact of agreement and the authenticity of the text following the Republic of Lithuania Government Resolution No 1815 of 18 November 2002 “Concerning the Approval of the Procedure for the Registration of national, branch and territorial collective agreements” (Official Gazette, 2002, No. 112-5010). The Ministry of Social Security and Labour register upon applications collective agreements, the Parties of which are trade union and employers’ organisations.

 

Application for the registration of a collective agreement and other required documents shall be submitted by the representative of employer’s organisation no later than in 20 days after signing the collective agreement to the Ministry of Social security and Labour at the following address: A. Vivulskio 11, LT-03610 Vilnius.
